Here is another track from our forthcoming EP! This all started with us just jamming around with a guitar, loop station and violin and then morphing into this track. Penta Dub because we use the first mode of the pentatonic scale and dub, well listen and you'll get the idea ;-].
The violin was played live, all other sounds were synthesized from scratch, except for the drums and the odd virtual instrument. The bass was programmed using native instruments FM8, the key skank sound was made in Serum. I converted my guitar trill into midi which then triggers a Koto virtual instrument in Kontakt. The slow mid range womps, yes womps, I think I used Massive if I remember correctly.
This was a fun one to make :-]
