Last night at 2AM (here in the USA) time magically travelled forward one hour. And boom. Here we are, missing that hour of sleep, our body clocks all outta wack. How are we to deal?! 🤯
To make it as easy as possible I'm keeping my UTC schedule times (7PM-9PM UTC)... but this means for everyone else, we move the show an hour later, to line back up with UTC. The UPDATED SCHEDULE is below. 😎
