Hey there fellow Steemians! Today, I'm going to start a new series on Steemit called A Song A Day, where I will share a song from my music collection.
Music can move your soul, it can change minds, it can make you dance, it can motivate you, and it can help you during the darkest of times. There's a song for every occasion, every mood, well, there's not a feeling that a song cannot convey.
So here I am, sharing what I listen to, and I will be posting a song everyday, some of which you may never have heard. You may like it, you may not, and you can let me know, and you can also share songs from your playlists! Music is all about sharing!
I listen to a lot of different genres of music, but I'm mostly into Alternative Rock, Indie, Indie-rock, Indie-pop, Rock, Minimal music, Classic rock, Hard-rock, and sometimes, very rarely, electronic music!
So here's the first song that I'd like you to have a listen to. It's called Late Night and it's by a British band called Foals.
I was introduced to this song by a friend during a Motorcycle track day, and it is an amazing song. It calms you down, and the lyrics are really good too. Listen to the whole song, I'm sure you'll end up grooving to it, specially once the guitar kicks in. A tip: close your eyes during the guitar solo at the end of the song!
