m̶e̶.̶ is the working title of an artist formally known as Mullaha. One of the latest tracks from m̶e̶.̶ is P̶u̶n̶c̶h̶e̶d̶ I̶n̶ T̶h̶e̶ F̶a̶c̶e̶ B̶e̶f̶o̶r̶e̶, a track that aims to bridge between physical and emotional attacks.
I think what appeals to me about this is the vocal treatment, with the delays created reminding me a little of Steve Reich, and 'Come Out'. Combined with the dark, moody production values, it's a great sound, a lo-fi aesthetic with a lot of feeling....
