Music is a universal language. Whether you understand the words or not, you can often ‘feel’ what they mean. I understand enough French to get the gist of a couple of these and I’ve looked up some of the lyrics but, for the most part, the words are just beautifully arranged sounds to me. I think it helps me to just experience the music without getting too analytic about the meaning. Anyway, here are a few songs I love despite the language barrier (in no particular order):
