Almost there! This is the ninth and penultimate entry for the ten-day Fun Music Challenge. Honestly, I think I am running out of albums to talk about. However, there is so much more I could write about when it comes to telling you individual songs I enjoy listening.
Today, I will write about an artist that is not well-known in the U.S. At least, I have never heard anyone talking about him here. I have read on the internet that he is better known in Europe.

How did I come across Martin Eriksson, a.k.a. E-type? Better question: how did I come across Eurodance genre in the United States? For those of you who may not be familiar with the term, the short answer is it's EDM from Europe.
I found E-type's music through a Command and Conquer: Yuri's Revenge mod. No joke! In fact, I recall the name of the mod was called Purple Alert. The song that prompted me to look up the artist was Russian Lullaby. Since then, I became a fan.
Do I sound like a crazy person yet?
Surprisingly, E-type's work fits well with my workout routines (pun intended) even though the lyrics of the songs revolve mostly around love and relationships. The beats and tempo certainly match the curls and sets at the gym. The only other albums that I have put into my workout playlist are pieces from the Street Fighters and Tekken series. Those choices should be no-brainers.
With that said, my favorite song from this album is Rain. Its music video features Eriksson driving as he tells reminiscence through the lyrics. I have actually driven down the I-15 with this song playing in the background before; again, oddly fitting.
Now, you all know I listen to weird stuff. How fun would it be to see what other people are listening to?
Today, I would like to ask to share some of his music either in the comments or a whole another post.
