Look Mum No Computer - Groundhog Day
Look Mum No Computer is the stage
and YouTube moniker of musician Sam Battle, from London, England. The name was created in 2016, for a zine he was working on, but became his sort of musical identity when he began filming videos for YouTube. He is clearly obsessed with synthesizers, in every form, and began to create content showing off his massive and many modular synth set-ups, along with crazy custom electronics, like the 'Furby Organ', which utilized a bunch of Furbies hooked up to a keyboard, with each key activating a different furby.

This is one of a couple songs
that he has recorded 'in studio', though there are also a number of live performances and alternate versions available on YouTube. I figured I'd share this version as a starting point for anyone who hasn't heard him before, but if you like it, check out a live version in his synth lair here and an alternate version, utilizing the Casio Synth Guitar here. I particularly love the melody in the Choruses; the harmony underneath just moves from the b6, to iv, to the minor tonic, but on top of the tonic, he sings a descending major scale, which really gives it an interesting vibe.
