This song appeared on a 2007 release,
which appears to be a series of albums entitled American Festival of Microtonal Music. I was blown away when I first discovered this, it is clearly rock and roll, so there is something very familiar about it, and initially the microtonal stuff is subtle, almost feeling like "blues" notes, or bent notes, but it becomes much more obvious as the song progresses, and starts to feel really dissonant to our Western ears. However, I've grown to absolutely love this song and the album, it's really fun to hear sounds that are uncommon and surprising, after years of listening to rock/pop/classical music that completely neglects this entire spectrum of music.
