Notes value.

Good morning, my friends Steemians and welcome back! Today a simple lesson: the values ​​of the notes!

You must know that to play correctly, you need to know the notes well and three things are fundamental to them:

• the tone
• the weather
• duration

We have previously dealt with the issue of tone in Lesson No. 4.
Its duration is determined by its value and in this regard I have prepared a summary scheme that you find below.
Time is its duration in the measure and here too you find a summary scheme more below called "division of the notes".

Every note existing in musical notation has a precise value and relative name. However, we have two terminologies, the arithmetic one that takes into account the arithmetical subdivision of the bar and the specific one that assigns a proper name to the note; a sort of name and surname if we want to see it more simply.

We do not take into consideration the note called "short" as it is scarcely used: it lasts twice as long as the half-note.
Nothing personal against the "short" note! :)

As we see in the diagram, the note symbols begin with an empty circle for the whole, as the value decreases, the note acquires a stem (plica), fills with color (on the head) and ticks one, two, three or four queues.

Each note is a simple multiple of another. Two halves last as a whole note, two quarters as a half, four quarters as a whole, two octaves as a quarter and so on .....

As an example, in a bar from 4/4 time there may be:

• 1 semibreve
• 2 minutes minimum
• 4 quarter notes
• 8 eighth notes
• other combinations that add up exactly 4 beats

If the time is 3/4 the same concept is applied but obviously the sum must return a time of three beats.
Another example, a 5/8 measure, the notes contained must give a result of five beats of an eighth, not more quarters.

But in the beats, besides the notes you can find the breaks ... and what value do the breaks have? how are they symbolized?

I valori delle note.

Buongiorno amici Steemians e ben ritrovati! Oggi una lezioncina semplice: i valori delle note!

Dovete sapere che per suonare correttamente, occorre conoscere per bene le note e di esse sono fondamentali tre cose:

• il tono
• il tempo
• la durata

La questione del tono l'abbiamo precedentemente trattata nella Lezione N° 4.
La sua durata è determinata dal suo valore e a tal proposito ho preparato uno schema riassuntivo che trovate qui sotto.
Il tempo è la sua durata nella battuta e anche qui trovate uno schema riassuntivo più sotto denominato "divisione delle note".

Ogni nota esistente nella notazione musicale ha un preciso valore e relativo nome. Abbiamo però due terminologie, quella aritmetica che tiene conto della suddivisione aritmetica della battuta e quella specifica che assegna un nome proprio alla nota; una sorta di nome e cognome se vogliamo vederla in modo più semplice.

Non prendiamo in esame la nota chiamata "breve" in quanto scarsamente utilizzata: dura il doppio della semibreve.
Niente di personale contro la nota "breve"! :)

Come vediamo nello schema, i simboli delle note iniziano con un cerchio vuoto per l'intero, man mano che decresce il valore, la nota acquisisce un gambo (plica), si riempie di colore (sulla testa) e gli spunta una, due, tre o quattro code.

Ogni nota è un multiplo semplice di un'altra. Due metà durano come una nota intera, due quarti come una metà, quattro quarti come una intera, due ottavi come un quarto e così via.....

A titolo di esempio, in una battuta da in un tempo di 4/4 ci possono stare :

• 1 semibreve
• 2 minime
• 4 semiminime
• 8 crome
• altre combinazioni che sommate diano esattamente 4 battiti

Se il tempo è di 3/4 si applica lo stesso concetto ma ovviamente la somma deve restituire un tempo di tre battiti.
Altro esempio, una battuta di 5/8, le note contenute devono dare un risultato di cinque battiti di un ottavo, non più quarti.

Ma nelle battute, oltre alle note si possono trovare le pause....e che valore hanno le pause? come sono simboleggiate?
