Warrior - Only the strong survive
Starting off with a classic from the year of 1985. The band is the California based Warrior and the album is “Fighting for the Earth”, which is a US metal masterpiece if you ask me. They never had the success they deserved and now and on rare occasions they appear on metal weekends Steemit lists.
Orphaned Land - Like Orpheus (feat. Hansi Kürsch )
Moving to something completely different. It’s the Israeli Oriental Metal band Orphaned Land. They play a symphonic metal with musical influences from the middle east. The track comes from their latest and excellent album "Unsung Prophets & Dead Messiahs" (2018). And yes, that distinctive voice is from the dude of Blind Guardian.
Blind Guardian - Somewhere Far Beyond
Speaking of Blind Guardian… Here’s the title track of their 1992 classic album. What can I say about this album? Great songs from start to finish. It’s really a shame that for some reason Spotify doesn’t have their old releases.
