Spotify made a list of the songs that I heard most during this year and I am sharing them with you in three parts, five songs each time.
Let's see the second part of this top list according to Spotify, which is, by the way, the only source of music that I have nowadays.
Number 10: Crimson Fire - Only the Brave
This is a Greek old school heavy metal band. It is so old school and so 80s that it is very rare nowadays. I grew up with this kind of music so I love them.
Number 9: WASP - Chainsaw Charlie ( Murders in the New Morgue )
I didn't realise I listened this song so many times. Blackie Lawless released this song without the swear words and this is such bullshit. So, let's enjoy this song in its original form.
Number 8: Satyricon - The Ghost of Rome
Satyricon used to be a black metal band, but they have move away from this gerne. This song is dark, melodic and catchy. Indeed, one of my favorite songs of this year, even though I didn't really like the rest of the album.
Number 7: Lizzy Borden - My Midnight Things
Another 80s band and another album that I only liked one song. This one. In the end I believe that it is better to have one absolutely great song that people will listen , instead of few just good ones that will be eventually forgotten.
Number 6: HHH - The Game (entrance song)
I am a pro wrestling fan and even though my favorite wrestler is not HHH ( Ric Flair is ) I love this song, which is performed by Motorhead. When I want some intensity and some extra punch I put this song.
That was the second part of this musical 2018 rewind. I was suprised by some choices but I cannot argue with the stats.
