01 - Freddie Mercury (Queen)
Freddie Mercury (born Farrokh Bulsara; Stone Town, Zanzibar; September 5, 1946-Kensington, London; November 24, 1991) was a British singer, songwriter, pianist, graphic designer1 and musician of Parsi origin and Indian, known for having been the lead vocalist for the rock band Queen.
As a performer, he has been recognized for his powerful voice and outrageous staging.
As a songwriter, he wrote many of Queen's hits, such as Killer Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody, Somebody to Love, We Are the Champions, Don't Stop Me Now, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, It's a Hard Life or Innuendo. In addition to his activity with the band, in the eighties he launched his solo career, which led him to publish two albums, Mr. Bad Guy (1985) and Barcelona (1988), the latter in collaboration with the Spanish soprano Montserrat Caballé. The homonymous single, a collaboration between the two, was the official song of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games.
He died of a bronchopneumonia complicated by AIDS on November 24, 1991, just one day after officially communicating that he suffered from the latter disease. In 2006, Time Asia magazine named him one of the most influential Asian heroes of the last sixty years. In 2005, in a poll organized by Blender and MTV2, he was named the greatest male singer of all time.

02 - Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin)
Robert Anthony Plant CBE (West Bromwich, England, August 20, 1948) is an English musician, composer and producer, best known for having been the singer of the rock band Led Zeppelin from its founding until their separation in 1980.
Influenced by several American blues and rock and roll artists, in the early 1960s he began his career as a vocalist in some English bands, in which he also occasionally played guitar and harmonica. In 1968 he was one of the founding members of Led Zeppelin, in which he recorded eight studio albums until 1980 and a posthumous album published in 1982. Thanks to his stage presence and clothing he created one of the most iconic images in rock history and due to his particular vocal style he is considered by the Encyclopedia Britannica as the creator of the sound that defined the voice of hard rock and heavy metal. In 1975 he suffered a serious car accident with his family and two years later his five-year-old son Karac died suddenly, facts that considerably reduced the activities of the band in the second part of the seventies. After the publication of In Through the Out Door in 1979 and a couple of presentations the following year, the group made their separation official on December 4, 1980 after the death of drummer John Bonham that occurred almost three months earlier.
In 1982 he began his solo career with the publication of Pictures at Eleven, which peaked at number 2 on the UK album chart.From then until 1993, he released five more studio albums with a sound geared primarily to rock and music. to hard rock. In the middle of that same year he created the duo Page & Plant, together with his friend and guitarist Jimmy Page, with whom he published the live album No Quarter (1994) and the studio album Walking into Clarksdale (1998). Robert Plant, known to the media as The Golden God, is considered one of the most important and influential musicians in history. 03 - Corey Taylor (Slipknot)
Corey Todd Taylor (Des Moines, December 8, 1973), is an American musician, best known as the vocalist and songwriter of the bands Slipknot and Stone Sour.5 Taylor was raised by his single mother and, thanks to his grandmother, he developed a deep appreciation for classic rock. Taylor first met her father on March 28, 2005 and has forged a strong relationship with him. Currently, he has a wife, an ex-wife and three children. By the time he released Stone Sour's Come What (ever) May album, he was sober. On August 3, 2009 and July 29, 2010, he was a co-host of the Kerrang! alongside Scott Ian of Anthrax and The Damned Things. When he plays solo or with Stone Sour, he frequently uses this brand's guitars.
Corey Taylor is a founding member of Stone Sour and has released six studio albums with the band. Taylor joined Slipknot in 1997 to replace their original vocalist Anders Colsefni. He has released 6 studio albums with the band. Taylor constantly alternated between the two bands, as seen in the year 2001, after the Iowa release, where he reunited with Stone Sour immediately after finishing the tour with Slipknot. He has worked with various bands including, Apocalyptica, Anthrax, Junk Beer Kidnap Band, Velvet Revolver, Soulfly, and Avenged Sevenfold. Taylor composes and sings various styles, varying by genre. Former Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison calls him "a very good melodic singer."Taylor was ranked 86th on Hit Parader's "Top 100 Metal Vocalists of All Time" list.
04 - James Hetfield (Metallica)
James Alan Hetfield (Downey, California; August 3, 1963)is an American musician known for being the lead singer, rhythm guitarist and main songwriter of the thrash metal band Metallica, as well as being a co-founder of it along with Lars Ulrich.
Drummer Lars Ulrich, who had secured a space on a compilation album produced by Brian Slagel, posted an ad in Recycler magazine to form a band with whom to compose a song to fill that space. The announcement was answered by James Hetfield, who would eventually join the band with Lars himself, his friend Ron McGovney (bass) and Dave Mustaine (lead guitar).
Ron McGovney left the band, giving way to Cliff Burton on bass.
At that time the problems began with Dave Mustaine, who was violent and troublesome when he was under the influence of alcohol and drugs, which is why he was expelled from the band in 1983. Months later Mustaine formed his band called Megadeth. When the group was preparing to record their first studio album, Kirk Hammett, lead guitarist for the band Exodus, traveled to Queens (New York) to join Metallica at the insistence of Hetfield and Ulrich to audition with the band.
Since then, James Hetfield has taken the creative reins of the band, from the melodic and harmonic composition of the songs, as well as the elaboration of the lyrics and studio production. In fact Hetfield composed (and co-composed) all of Metallica's songs along with the alternating participation of Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, Cliff Burton and Dave Mustaine until the album Master of Puppets, with the exception of (Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth, composed by Burton, and "Motorbreath" credited to Hetfield only.
In 1992 he participated in the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert, one of his greatest influences, playing with Metallica in the introduction of the long tribute, and later singing strangely without guitar, accompanied by Tony Iommi, from Black Sabbath, and Queen, playing Stone Cold Crazy.
05 - Chris Cornell (Soundgarden).
Chris Cornell, born Christopher John Boyle (Seattle, Washington, July 20, 1964-Detroit, Michigan, May 18, 2017), was an American singer and guitarist who gained fame for being the lead singer of Soundgarden, Audioslave and Temple of the Dog.3 He began his career as a drummer before becoming a guitarist and singer.
According to Hit Parade magazine, he ranks 4th among the best voices in hard rock history. 06 - Philip Anselmo (Pantera)
Philip Hansen Anselmo (New Orleans, Louisiana; June 30, 1968), better known as Phil Anselmo, is an American musician, recognized for having been the vocalist of the groove metal band Pantera. Anselmo has been involved in many other music projects related to heavy metal, including the groups Superjoint Ritual, Down and his most recent solo project Philip H. Anselmo and the illegals. Currently his main project is his group Philip H. Anselmo and the illegals, in which he actively works. He's also working on his side project Arson Anthem. He owns and runs his own record label, The Housecore Records, dedicated to his side projects and releasing albums from other bands he believes in.
During an Ozzfest 2002 interview with Opie and Anthony, Anselmo claimed that at age 14, along with his best friend at the time, they set fire to their house to scare his sister, but accidentally burned a large portion of the house. At 16, Anselmo left his parents' house and began to live on his own. As a teenager he worked as a shrimp fisherman on the Gulf of Mexico in New Orleans. He was involved in the New Orleans heavy metal scene from the age of 14, from the beginning to the end of the '80s, being a member of the group Samhain, and later a member of Razor White (a metal band that although they had their own songs, specialized in versions of Judas Priest). In 1987, at the age of 19, he auditioned for the group Pantera, not well known at the time, which was looking for a new vocalist. 08 - Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden)
Paul Bruce Dickinson (Worksop, Nottinghamshire, August 7, 1958), better known as Bruce Dickinson, is a British singer, music producer, fencer, businessman, writer, historian and aviation pilot. He is famous for being the vocalist, frontman, and co-songwriter for the heavy metal band Iron Maiden. Born in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, Bruce Dickinson began his music career in small bands in the 1970s, while attending school in Sheffield and college in London. In 1979 he joined the Samson group, with which he achieved some popularity under the stage name "Bruce Bruce". After recording two studio albums he left the band in 1981 to join Iron Maiden, replacing singer Paul Di'Anno. Apart from his career in music, Dickinson has carried out other types of activities. He embarked on a career as a commercial pilot for Astraeus Airlines. Following the closure of Astraeus, he created his own aircraft maintenance and pilot training company in 2012, Cardiff Aviation. Dickinson hosted his own radio show on BBC Radio 6 Music from 2002 to 2010 and has also featured television documentaries, written novels and screenplays, created a successful beer with Robinsons Brewery, and competed as a fencer internationally.
09 - Chino Moreno (Deftones)
Camilo Wong Moreno (Sacramento, California, June 20, 1973), better known as Chino Moreno, is an American musician. He is the singer, and occasionally guitarist, of the alternative metal band Deftones.
Chino is ranked 51st on Hit Parader magazine's list of the 100 Greatest Metal Vocalists of All Time.
Chino Moreno was born in Sacramento, California and has Chinese descent from his mother and Mexican ancestry from his father.1
Chino Moreno had his first contact with the band after successfully passing a singing test before those who would be his companions. Already in the band, they begin to rehearse while they study high school in the institute. After that moment, almost twenty years of career with Deftones, eight studio albums, a demo and a compilation album of rarities. All this accompanied by continuous world tours and the recognition of the public and critics of one of the fundamental bands in the development of the origins of nu metal, but with its own style, a sound that characterizes Deftones from other alternative metal bands. . The reward came in 2001 with the award of the Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance, for the song "Elite", from the album White Pony.
One of the main characteristics of Chino Moreno is the creative capacity that has received such good reviews for his lyrics, his voice and the Deftones sound itself, where they combine hard riffs and raucous voices with more ethereal and subtle melodic environments. He has had a great influence on Chinese groups from the 1980s such as The Cure, where he admits that "I get many ideas from them, not so much from their pop themes, but from darker music, the one that uses more metaphors. I am inspired by their scenes, in their feelings. I like not to say things directly, but that they have to be interpreted, unearthed the meaning. Much of the music that I grew up with in the eighties was like that.
He has two children from his first marriage to Celeste Schroeder, who are named Kristian and Jakobe. In 2012, he married Risa Mora with whom he has a daughter named Lola.
10 - Serj Tankian (System of a Down)
Serj Tankian (Armenian: Սերժ Թանգեան) (Beirut, Lebanon, August 21, 1967) is a Lebanese musician, multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, music producer, painter, poet, and activist of Armenian descent, known for being the lead vocalist and Composer for the band System of a Down.
During his artistic career, Tankian with System of a Down, has released five studio albums. He also made an album with Arto Tunçboyacıyan, entitled Serart and in his solo stage, he has released five studio albums.2 In addition, he founded the record label Serjical Strike Records in 2001.3
