New Instrument: Venezuelan Maracas
Photography by: Carlos Espinoza (mandolincarls)
A few weeks ago I left here a fairly simple post announcing that with the income I had with Steemit I sent to build a Maracas, not any Maracas, if not a Professional Maracas (I'm new playing Maracas), are built in Carabobo State by the Luthier Carlos Daniel Perez.
These Maracas came to me on the day Friday 17/11/2017, maybe I would have had them before, the whole week I passed with the doubt of when it would arrive, and on Friday I could not resist the anxiety of having them, and I ended up calling first time to the Shipping Agency, in this case MRW, being this call the first good news of the day, they were already there, I prepared quickly for the trip, I say trip because the town where I live (San Rafael de El Mojan - Zulia) is about 1 hour from Maracaibo, I travel, I arrive at the agency and the first thing I do when they deliver the package is to shake it subtly, the only thing I wanted was to know that they were there, to listen to their sound , I spent the trip back to my village shaking the box, the people who came on the bus looked at me strangely, they had an idea why they did it, I came to my town, and the first thing I did was to go to a friend's house (Guitarist of the group Mohán Ensamble) since it was about steps from where I got off, when I entered his house I went quickly to a table, I asked for scissors, and quickly opened the package were very well protected, I removed the wrap, and there they were in my hands, what a beautiful instrument, and So spectacular sound From there I saved them again to go to my house, I spent all day trying to touch them, looking for videos, information about the Maracas, you can imagine how exciting it was for me.

This photograph was posted on his Facebook account after finishing its construction.
Soon upload videos where I will be touching them, for the moment I work hard to learn the techniques. I leave here the social networks of the Luthier Carlos Daniel Perez so that they observe his work, he also does work for other Countries.

Observing the rest of the photographs to highlight this, how you see the handle of the Maracas, I have received several comments about it, some people say that they look like little bells, it reminds me of the Toninas, a mammal species similar to the Dolphin but pink, I hope you leave your opinions regarding it.
