I've been snooping around a bit on this platform, however, I'm not sure if I completely get the whole thing just yet.
So far it seems that it's a great platform to share some valuable content which can result in payment for your efforts.
So this got me thinking; could STEEM potentially save the dying world of independent musicians?
Platforms like Spotify, YouTube sure do pay artists a little, but unless you have millions of plays or views this won't amount to much (I'm talking $10 or so for anything below 400.000 plays on Spotify for example).
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, and I'd love to see if there's any interest here at all from people to hear new original work.
If so, I'd be happy to do a test run with some of my own work. Naturally, the music needs to be of proper standard... :P
