Jenn Ayache, is one of the most beautiful and talented of modern French female singers, and after having seen everything done by Alizee, another very famous French female singer/dancer, multiple times, I found Superbus - I've yet to tire of watching her - Her beauty and energy is so great you can feel it even off of a YouTube recording.
