There are a lot of powerful synthesizers out there.
There are hundreds and hundreds of softsynths available and in use.
The sampling techniques have reached such a high level, that it seems impossible that there is any sound in the world you couldn´t recreate.....

… but still, don´t you feel unsatisfied by the sounds you create sometimes?
Don´t you think: “it sounds terribly common, all the same” from time to time?
Don´t you know the situation, when there is a special, a certain sound in your year, but you don´t succeed getting it into your DAW, to your speakers?

Well, change the method and you get different results, fresh results, new results, results not as common as usual.

I like creating the raw material of the sounds I use in my projects non-electronically once in a while.

There are a lot of interesting and useful sounds in the world of our daily routines.
And after a while of being really attentive, of really listening to what we hear every day and all the time, you will discover a lot of amazing sonic goings on outside there.
