Colors of Music is my opportunity to showcase the latest music videos with the Steemit community. My hope is that the community will be entertained and ultimately be inspired. In each episode, I will list 10 music videos with a short description of what to expect.

DID YOU KNOW vocalist Rick James and guitarist Neil Young were once in a Canadian band during the mid-1960s called 'The Mynah Birds'? In 1966, Motown Records even signed a seven-year contract with the band. However, the future prospect of the band was shortlived due to James getting arrested.

London-based Oh Wonder is an alternative-pop duo, consisting of Anthony West and Josephine Vander Gucht. 'High On Humans' is an alt-pop song sprinkled with some electropop and synthpop. This song is about the importance of conversing with strangers and discovering highs in them.
Tei Shi - Say You Do
Based in New York City, Canadian singer-songwriter Tei Shi's soft vocals compliments this alternative-pop synthpop tune titled, 'Say You Do'.
RAM - On Wings of No Return
Swedish Heavy Metal band RAM unleashes a neckbreaker titled 'On Wings of No Return'. This song has the classic thrash metal vibe -- the fast tempo and the aggression. The stylistic approach of this music video reminds of filmmaker Rob Zombie -- keep that in mind before you watch it.
MK - 17
Also known as 4th Measure Men, MK delivers a deep house dance tune called '17', which features MK's trademark piano chords -- it is certainly reminiscence of the classic house vibe. The song elicits teenage nostalgia "like we're still 17".
Alma - Chasing Highs
Finnish singer-songwriter Alma contributes her strong vocals in the upbeat pop song 'Chasing Highs'.
Highly Suspect - My Name Is Human
Produced by Joel Hamilton, 'My Name Is Human' by American rock trio Highly Suspect is a suggesting the idea that although we are classified and represented as humans, perhaps some of us are not entirely human due to our evolution imbued with technology.
Royal Blood - How Did We Get So Dark?
'How Did We Get So Dark?' by British rock duo Royal Blood is a blend of garage rock, hard rock, and alternative rock. If you like cute white bunnies, then you should watch this now.
Maggie Rogers - Split Stones
Co-signed by Pharrell, Maggie Rogers treats us with the dance-y pop tune 'Split Stones'. Upon the release of this song, she wrote that this song is a "parting gift" to her fans as she goes on a hiatus from music.
AlunaGeorge - Not Above Love
London-based AlunaGeorge is an electronic music duo, consisting of Aluna Francis on vocals and producer George Reid. 'Not Above Love' is a synthpop R&B tune about escaping the emotional repetitive cycle of an unhealthy one-sided relationship and claiming your self.
Mahalia - Sober
Produced by Maths Time Joy, British singer-songwriter Mahalia laces her vocals on the smooth and soulful R&B song 'Sober'. This song was written on the night when she decided to discontinue her repeated drunk dialing to her ex-boyfriend. She wrote in the perspective of a sober mind the morning after. Mahalia mentioned that her influences are Erykah Badu and The Fugees. If you enjoy the music the latter, then I highly recommend you listen to this one.
