A couple of videos I've been catching up on. I listen to a lot of music, but I don't always see the videos.
Steven Wilson has some great locations for his. I believe it's filmed around the European Southern Observatory in Chile. There's even a comment from them on the Youtube. I recongnised a building used in Bond movie Quantum of Solace that I also saw in a documentary this week. His new album has some great pop songs that should bring him more recognition.
I just had my first experience of the new song from Björk. I like to think this video expresses what goes on in her head. She seems like someone from another world. I've loved her music for years and seen her live a couple of times. This song may barely seem like music to some. A lot of it is practically acapella and there's no driving drums to latch onto. It's like something from a dream. Beautiful.
