This song came out of a MSP Waves audience chat session during the MSP Waves Steemit Creative Show with Shane and Isaria. What happened was Shane and Isaria were bickering (as only a married couple can) about certain logistical instances that were happening while doing the show. In the radio show they played my song “when the darkness comes” . Therefore to show my appreciation and just for a bit of fun I remixed my own own song for them. In remixing this I was channeling the concept of dub reggae (see Music History Lesson underneath song) while musically thinking of aphex twin and early acid house. It sounds nothing like that but that was the concept.

The emergence of dub reggae , came from the producer creating new sounds and sometimes a different song from the mixing process. In making this song I took the original tracks and messed around with them , by reversing them (playing it backwards) as well as messing with the pitch (making it slower and faster). To learn more about dub reggae here is a link to a great documentary.
Reggae has as many facets as rock n roll and goes far deeper than rasta colours and a Bob Marley poster
