April Hartman is guitarist and lead-vocalist for Lancaster, PA folk-punk band Apes of the State. They have a new album out now called "This City Isn't Big Enough" available at apesofthestate.bandcamp.com/. She is also founder of Second Chance to Play, an organization that procures musical instruments for rehabilitation centers.
