Elfians. Hivers.
As we leave Vorden today, we look back on this weekend with enormous pride and emotion.
This year, we were entrusted with curating the Bard’s Theatre program — a dream we’ve carried for years. A place where music, fantasy, storytelling, improvisation, and community could collide. And this weekend… we watched that vision come alive in real time.
To Daridel, Deloraine, Reikas Tanz, 3 Daft Monkeys, and Luke Shaw: thank you for joining us during the Bardeoke sessions and sharing your talent, warmth, and friendship with this community. It is an honour to stand beside artists who lead with such openness and respect.
And to our bards:
YOU WERE INCREDIBLE.
More than 50 of you stepped onto the stage with us this weekend. The sign-ups filled within minutes every time. Watching nervousness transform into confidence, laughter, and joy was one of the most emotional experiences we’ve had all year.
That is why Bard’s Theatre exists.
To create a place where people feel brave enough to step into the story.
And then came the big stage… 🔥
We performed music from our upcoming album Mnemorith: Echoes of Eldbriaris alongside incredible guests: Compagnia La Giostra, Reikas Tanz, The Black Powder Crew, and Rob from The Dolmen, who absolutely destroyed the stage with George during The Train.
We walked off that stage overflowing with gratitude and energy.
To Sunfire: watching one of your final performances was deeply moving. The banners, the singing, the love in that crowd… unforgettable.
To DYNAMIC, thank you for carrying us through another Elfia. We’ve grown together since 2017 and we trust you endlessly.
And to Manuel, Stefan, the Elfia team, CeltCast, the volunteers, the elves, drivers, and everyone behind the scenes: thank you for believing in this vision and helping make Elfia the safe, welcoming home for dreamers that it is.
Long may this journey continue. 🖤
