Good day from Romania, fellow HIVE users, classic rock fans worldwide (especially dear Simon & Garfunkel fans out there, but not only of course) as well as dear readers outside of HIVE! For today's musical gem here on my HIVE blog, I decided to share a great and most favourite song of mine by Simon & Garfunkel, one which can be best listened to during the month of April, of course. The song is called 'April Come She Will' which is the third track on side II of the duo's second studio album entitled 'Sounds of Silence' which was released in January 1966.
Therefore, that being said and without any further needless ado or unwanted spoilers on my behalf, I wholeheartedly recommend integrally listening to 'April Come She Will' by the most beloved American folk rock duo Simon & Garfunkel.
Hereby the beautiful lyrics of the song as well:
When streams are ripe and swelled with rain;
May, she will stay,
Resting in my arms again.
June, she'll change her tune,
In restless walks she'll prowl the night;
July, she will fly
And give no warning to her flight.
August, die she must,
The autumn winds blow chilly and cold;
September I'll remember
A love once new has now grown old.
