7-Day Wayback Music Challenge - Day 3 - Tina Charles - I Love to Love (But My Baby Loves to Dance)
Well tonight was a little harder, that is why it is so late. Then I remembered I am a 70's baby. I grew up on 70's music and to this day it is the only music tht will get me up to dance, other than Queen, and sing my ass off. I love that TV shows are now using more 70's original music in their scores. It is awesome to sing while the show is on. Let's just say eroded would prefer less 70's music. :)
I love to love is one of my top favorite 70's songs. It makes me remember singing at the top of my lungs coming home from work or from a concert. It would either come on the radio or I would play the tape. Just singing at the top of my lungs until I had no voice, by the time I got home, much to the joy of the people who raised me.
Not only would I be singing I would be bogging my butt off. If you want to know what I looked like, watch the first few minutes of the British TV show River starring Nicola Walker. She is me in the first few minutes of Episode 1, except a lot more dancing. The crazy things I did as a teen, ummm wait I still do lol
Dancing Lyrics......
The minute the band begins to swing it
He's on his feet to dig it
And dance the night away
Stop I'm spinning like a top
We'll dance until we drop
But if I had my way
I am so him :)
