How good is the palm beach confidential newsletter?

I have been following Teeka Tiwari from palm beach confidential newsletter since around this time last year. I like the research they do on their cryptocoins but they are no good traders. They don't even trade, mostly buy and hold.

Anyone here using this service can share their experience? What was your return following their recommendations?
