The answer is no. 

Here is why. If you look how many STEEM/SBD are in circulation and compare it with the total amount of Bitcoin there is no way that STEEM/SBD could get more valueable than Bitcoin. But it is possible that the marketcap of STEEM could be higher than the marketcap of Bitcoin.
