MutuWhale knows it’s hard starting out on Steemit and MutuWhale is here to help minnows and dolphins get noticed.
MutuWhale is not a “whale” by conventional Steemit standards. Its power as a whale doesn’t come from massive Steem Power, but by serving as a focal point for minnows and dolphins to join forces to become a decentralized whale. Hence, Mutuwhale (pronounced as mu-tu-al).

How does the MutuWhale work?
MutuWhale publishes a list of links for Steemit posts called a MutuList.
Each MutuList is made up of links coming from two pools:
Pool #1 MutuWhale randomly selects a link from the previous MutuList and takes the links for the most recent blog post from all (or 20 random) accounts† that up voted.
Pool #2 MutuWhale selects Steemit posts it thinks deserve WAYYYY more attention.
How Do You Get On MutuWhale’s Mutulist?
Simply follow @MutuWhale, upvote your peer’s links on the MutuList, and upvote the most recent MutuList.
† The accounts must also have up voted the most recent MutuList and be a follower of MutuWhale.
Remember, MutuWhale can only get you noticed!
The key to success on Steemit is to produce something people value!
