My name is Achyar Muhammad, I am one of the lovers of coffee, "Coffee is Life" are words that I often say if a friend asked me what I love coffee. In addition to the enticing taste, coffee one of the pleasures that describes a life, bitter, sour, sweet, is the sphere of life that coffee taught to the audience.
Currently I am in region city of a thousand kinds of coffee that is, Lukup Sabun, sub district bener festive, district of Central Aceh. This area with an altitude of 1250 Mdpl above the water surface, so unconventional coffee growth with many good quality we can find here.
In addition to enjoying arabica coffee typical Lukup Sabun, I can say back home, because this is my grandfather's village, he is a coffee farmer, his love of coffee plants almost covering all his own, so back to my own coffee lover guy where it all deserve and reasonable I really like the coffee.
Gayo typical Arabica coffee is one of the leading commodities originating from the Gayo Highlands of Aceh. Coffee plantations that have been developed since 1908 is thriving in Bener Meriah and Central Aceh. Both areas are located at an altitude of 1250 Mdpl from sea level has the largest coffee plantations in Indonesia with an area of about 81,000 ha. 42,000 ha each are located in Bener Meriah Regency and 39,000 ha in Aceh Tengah Regency. Gayo is the name of the original tribe who inhabit this area while Lukup Sabun itself is part of the Central Aceh region itself. The majority of Gayo people work as Coffee Farmers. They cultivate coffee plants wholeheartedly, because this coffee plant is one of their livelihoods, quality and processing remain in united numbers, so that part of their Indonesian heritage of Aceh Gayo people and surrounding.
For typical food here, I can not describe anything, because the city is full of coffee, therefore called the city of a thousand coffee gardens and coffee shops. Unfortunately I can not display my pictures and my grandfather, because he had died before I grew up.
There is one more thing, in surrounding Gayo and Lukup Sabun this myself my grandfather's garden has been awarded with the best garden with good care and quality of coffee that is produced pure and original without chemical fertilizers.
In my weekend holiday yesterday, I prefer to visit my hometown, as well as a coffee lover, glance at his garden it is the main concept in enjoying a cup of coffee.
