- What are determiners?
Determiners ဆိုတာ ဘာလဲ ?
A determiner is used to modify a noun. Determiner တစ္ခုသည္ နာမ္ကို အထူးျပဳထားျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။
Determiners VS Pronouns
Determiners are followed by a noun. နာမ္တစ္ခု ေနာက္မွာ လိုက္ျခင္း ခံရသည္။
E.g. The man , This book, Some people
Subjects Pronouns ( I, you , he , she, etc ) and Possessive Pronouns (mine , yours , his , etc ) cannot be determiners because they can never be followed by a noun.
Subjects Pronouns နဲ႕ ပိုင္ဆိုင္ျခင္းျပ အထူးျပဳနာမ္ Possessive Pronouns ေတြဟာ Determiners မျဖစ္နိုင္ပါဘူး။
ဘာလို႕လဲဆိုေတာ့ သူတို႕ဟာ ဘယ္ေတာ့မွာ နာမ္ ေနာက္မွ လိုက္နိုင္မွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။
