Tent Camping - Show Us Your California

Hi Friends,

This post is an entry into the weekly Show Us Your California contest hosted by Hive account@thesocalhive where we share an aspect of our California.

It had been a while but the timing was good and the weather was perfect - time for the kids and I to do some tent camping in the backyard!

We had a great time :) my wife was waking up early to join her running club on a long run, so she slept in the house, but the kids and I spent the night under the stars. We played games and read books in the evening, and when we woke up, we played in the tent and outside of it for a bit

It’s good practice for real tent camping in the woods - I think the kids are ready!
