If I ask you where you can find upscale shopping in Southern California, you might think first of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. But, if I ask you where you can combine upscale shopping, world class dining and lying on the beach working on your tan, it's gotta be the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. My wife and I took a recent trip there and while the weather wasn't the best for getting a tan, you couldn't beat the shopping, dining and people watching.
Of course some of the art caught my eye ;-)
The only store I'll show, Restoration Hardware Baby & Child. Like Pottery Barn Kids but a little fancier and, believe it or not, the prices weren't that bad.
