I was in church some hours ago, My pastor was on the alter preaching to us about followership..

He made us to understand the impact of the decisions of those we are leading,, he called them SHEEP.. And their leader,, he called SHEPHERD..

One of the points he buttress and pondered upon was the power of giving thanks and showing appreciation to those that value us and what we do..
