Meet Our New Scholar, Mark

Mark is both deaf and mute

Just like our first scholar, Myke, Mark also faces the same challenges as a deaf and mute. Despite the difficulties, he is a very earnest believer in education. Quoting Mark: "I am doing the best I can to learn everything that I need to learn that can help me reach my dreams so I can have a better future." He aspires to gain proficiency in baking cookies and cakes to start his own pastry business in the future.

Hive account@chinitacharmer, one of Mark's teachers, recommended him to be a part of the Hive account@scholarsph program. She comments when asked why she chose Mark among her students:
