Hi Steemers
Today I went to the north of Phuket to a place called Paklok. This is a mostly Muslim area of the island and you can find here one of the most beautiful waterfalls. It is called Bang Pae waterfall. Entry is 200 baht per person which equals $6. After you go inside there is a Gibbon rehabilitation center where they rescue Gibbons who have been mistreated or exploited and now take care of them here.
Zdravim Steemery
From the entrance to the waterfall is about a 300m walk around the very small river through the jungle. It is not difficult and suitable for most people. Along the way there are several some pools which you are free to stop at and bathe in but although the air temperature is roughly 30c, that the water is much colder around 18c!
