My work is a drawing made with dark light and colored pencils on the legend of the Minotaur,
According to studies, this legend of the Minotaur seems to be linked to the cult of the bull in Cretan society between 2000 and 1450 BC, as evidenced by the excavations carried out in the palace of Cnossos, where numerous images of men and women dancing and doing acrobatics on the back of the animal were found.
According to legend, the Minotaur was a monster with the body of a man and the head of a bull that was born from the union of the Cretan queen Pasifae and the fabulous white bull that Poseidon had given her husband King Minos, who encloses the Minotaur in a complex called Labyrinth built by Daedalus.
