Fear is torment.
Some call it a spirit. Others call it a negative force.
Yes, it is a force and a spirit; its effects are the same regardless of what name you call it. It has one chief aim in the life of anyone who welcomes and entertains it.
Fear comes to make you a Prisoner. It bounds its captives and throws them into life's prisons.
Fear bounds its prisoners with the cords of limitations, unfulfillment and regrets.
Fear never frees its prisoner until it is too late.
It deprives them of the joy that comes with totally loving because it makes them fear they might not be loved in return.
It stops its prisoners from making attempts at things that could have made them great, because it makes them afraid of failing each they try to make any attempt.
It plants and nurtures envy by making them afraid of someone else being better than they are.
Fear is a torment, a terrible tyrant that never frees its captive until they break free or it finally destroys them.
If you find yourself a prisoner of fear, it is time to fight for your freedom.
Much love from me to y'all.
