My wellness post from yesterday featured my favorite blended fruit smoothie. So naturally today I thought I’d show you some of the veggies I like to juice.
I know what you’re thinking, but Shoogie veggies taste terrible! and well, you’re right! I won’t claim to have a recipe that’s going to make you crave juice over candy bars. What I will say is that this is a recipe even I can choke down! I mean… no that’s kind of what I meant.
Green Juice
1/2 Lemon
1 Cucumber
1 Inch of Ginger
2 Stalks Celery
1 Green Apple
2 Stalks Bok Choy or Kale
Colorful juice
1 Beet
2 Carrots
2 Stalks Celery
1 Green Apple
Juicing can be really fun, especially if you like experimenting! I’ve been juicing on and off for years, if its juicable, theres a good chance I’ve chucked it into my Breville. Be creative, learn to mask flavors you don’t like with some you enjoy. Most importantly, challenge yourself! Replace a couple coffees this week with a veggie juice you’ve either made fresh or purchased at the store.
