One of my favorite morning routines is a green smoothie, especially now that the weather is so hot AND it's wonderful to have a sip of cool, refreshing smoothy liquid down the throat. It's even better if I won't be allured by soda anymore. Instead, I'll pack myself with vitamins and minerals first thing in the morning with these green wonders of nature.
When I'm feeling uneasy or fatigued for no obvious reason, I take my green smoothie routine even more seriously. It works very fast. (As long as there isn't too much sugar in the fruit). This time, though, I'm aiming to fit in this 7-day smoothie detox challenge in order to lose weight. For today, I've picked the recipe below.
Because I'm just one day into my 7-day smoothie weight loss regimen, I'll update my weight after it's over. My current weight is 47 kg. Haha. I'm hoping this works like a charm.
Day 1
