Water is present on earth in abundance in sea,rivers,ponds.Water is necessity for our body.It is used in our daily life ,industries.Although water is in abundant quantity but we rarely know ,how to use it.
Water is the best way to keep your stomach clean. If you intelligently manages water intake then you can make your digestion very good.
As you get up in the morning,you should take 2-3 glass of mild hot water. It will helps you to clear stomach. Remember that the water should be taken without taking anything or doing brush.
Another magical thing is that one should not drink water while taking lunch breakfast or dinner. When we take water while eating anything, it destroys our natural process of digestion and stops enzymes secretion within the stomach. That is also one reason for constipation.
