Kombucha stuff

I've been trying commercial kombuchas lately in an attempt to develop a taste for them and to see if it's something I could see myself making at home. This flavor is my favorite yet I think.

Home brewers like Hive account@riverflows and Hive account@belleamie, do y'all find that commercial varieties are pretty true to the possibilities of a home setup?

I've heard people claim that they drink "boosh" as Hive account@riverflows calls it and don't see themselves drinking it regularly, then they end up with strong cravings for it after a little while.

It's cool how your body can tell you so strongly what it needs as soon as it finds out what that thing is.
