I believe Hive account@steemcafe is a witness that's been very helpful in GHSC as well. I'll have to take a look at my votes, as I've not paid this much attention lately.

Witnesses that are active and helpful in the communities I frequent almost always get my vote. Especially if they're not already in the top 21.

I feel like we ought to explore community witnesses too. Like have an NM witness and a GHSC witness and a Co-op witness, though I know little about conducting such things.
