It has been 10 weeks since I embarked on this project and as you can see, I no longer have the classic male receding hairline. It still has a little bit left to grow out but I am very pleased with these results gained from using a simple, natural and inexpensive system.
This is what it looked like 2 months ago.
My left side can be seen in close up here, one photo each month, completed yesterday.
It has been interesting to notice how the hairs which I lost five years ago when I first started receding have been the last to grow back. You can see in the above images how the new growth started on the right and moved left.
What's my secret???
To find out all you have to do is buy my $200 ebook.
Nah, just kidding!
Information should be free.
So, the main thing is this wooden bristle brush which I have been massaging my head with.
Simply massage the desired areas for 10-15 mins a day. Personally I keep the brush on my desk and just use it for a few mins here and there throughout the day. I feel this to be the most effective method as it is all about regularly stimulating the scalp and generating blood flow.
I use a circular motion, starting out gentle and building the pressure as I go. It's actually a really enjoyable feeling.
It was bought on amazon for β¬8. Use "wooden bristle scalp massage brush" as your search words and you will find plenty of options.
Is it really this simple?
Well... perhaps not. The way we individually live our lives plays a huge part in how effective the brush will be.
Here are some examples of things which will slow you down:
- Stress
- Standard American diet
- Insufficient water intake
- Chemical filled shampoo
- Showering under super hot water
- No regular exercise
- No exposure to sunlight
If you want to see the same fast results I am experiencing, it is very likely you are going to need more than the brush alone and I strongly suggest reading my original post so that you understand as much as possible about this.
Why did I put the
logo on my main image?
I am a big believer in natural medicine and on steem it is amazing to see how easy it is now to find the natural fix to your medical problem, either by using the search engine or heading on over to their Discord group. I delegated some SP to them because from what I can see they are the best group we have who offer a vast amount of incredible information for free, just as it should be.
I am sure if you have any questions for them you will find them to be as friendly and as helpful as I have done.
Final Thoughts
Have you ever wondered why the hair around the ears and at the back of the head never dies?
Well, that would be because of the muscles in these areas which are used when we speak and chew our food. These areas are getting a constant flow of oxygenated blood thanks to the muscle movement, so the hair follicles remain healthy.
So, what is the NUMBER ONE order of the day for re-growing hair?
Stimulation of the scalp to get that blood flow going!
One month ago I had my three year old whip my head with stinging nettles, because this happens to be a very effective method of encouraging blood flow, though the feeling was quite intense!
So, that's it for now. I will do one final update in 2 weeks when the 3 month period is over.
Happy hair growth everyone :)
