Greetings, gardeners!
I am always humbled by my small gardens and forever grateful!
Tomatoes are a must :) We all love them, don't we? Universal salad participator.
I I'll keep some seeds...
This is a handful of buckwheat which is very dietary and healthy, because of the fibers and sugar levels balance possibilities of it. Not enough to keep for cooking, but alright for planting the next year...
Wondering what this is?!
My brother has bought it for water keeper in the pots, but I use it as decoration ;)
This is not a sunflower, rather a SunChoke or Jerusalem Artichoke (Topinambur) ~ very healthy, lowering blood sugars and delicious more than potatoes and any other root vegetable!
When the season finishes they keep growing and the whole plants were taller than the house :) You pick full crates of them :) EAT IT RAW TOO! ...or pickle..
Next time I'll show you the root veggies themselves!
Beans are good
When ripe or even green you can cook a good meal :)
We have many Bulgarian recipes with beans! ;)
Good for the cold seasons...
and remember:
Raw plant food is always better to pick right from the stem! ;)
