Experts in agriculture express that the rational management of climatic factors together is essential for the proper functioning of the crop, as they are all closely related and the performance of each other, indicating on the rest. In relation to the above, some climatic requirements are as follows.
▶ Chili is a more demanding plant in terms of temperature than tomato and less than Eggplant. The thermal jumps (temperature difference between the maximum daytime and minimum nighttime) cause vegetative imbalance. Therefore, the coincidence of low temperatures during the development of the final bud (between 15 and 10 degrees Celsius), leads to the formation of flowers with some of the following anomalies.

Curved and undeveloped petals, formation of multiple ovaries that can evolve to fruit distributed around the main one, shortening of stamens and pistils, thickening of ovaries and pistil, front function, among others.
The optimum relative humidity of chili varies between 505 and 70%, very high relative humidity favors the development of airborne diseases and hinders fermentation. The coincidence of high temperatures and low relative humidity can cause the fall of flowers and recently set fruit.
Regarding luminosity, it is said that Chili is a very demanding plant in terms of luminosity, especially in the first stages of development and during flowering.
