#305 - Good day again my fellow Hiveans. I wanted to share photos when we went out on our second day in the island of Jomalig. We rode out early at seven and we used two motorcycles which is driven by the locals serving also as our tour guides and that. They do not want us to go out without drivers because the island is big and the roads are small and rough too, no cemented roads at all just plain soil all the way.
First part of the route is to pass by a tree which they call lonely tree cause it was just the only tree standing in the middle of the meadows. Other plants are too far from it. Good thing there are carabaos nearby, there they are in the grasses munching as much weeds as they could to keep their bellies full early morning.
The clouds are with us that they, not rain clouds just those white ones that are great for cover from the sun's rays. The weather was fine and sky is blue as well.
Here is the lone tree in the background, the branches spread out in different directions and the trunk does not grow up straight up to the sky. As we can see the tree lines are still far away making this the loneliest tree to ever stood in this area. This resulted to become an instant tourist attraction because of how the tree still survived a numbers of storms all year long without any other tree to support
