#410 - Some more shots at Mount Kalugong.
A beautiful day to you all my fellow Hiveans. It's lunch time here and I hope your stomachs are also filled. Later on I will end my shift at three in the afternoon and hopefully will not be extended so I can go out late for a few kilometers of walk in the river. I need to go out often to keep my body moving because you know when you are in front of the computer, our bodies get tired too but not the way we wanted.
Anyways, the way I want my body to get tired is having activities like climbing and walking. Like when we went to this mountain outside Baguio which is located in La Trinidad Benguet. Early morning we took a cab to get to the mountain and we did the rest to climb it. Then from the top, there are these huge pine trees and also several clearing that give a good view of the surrounding areas. One of the open space is in the small house in the mountain that also serves as a restaurant for visitors. This is a view of the area of La Trinidad where the strawberry farm is located. The farms are those open fields somewhere in the middle of the frame.
Then I also took some photos of my wife as a model in the frame. I used her phone in all these shots and I think the outcome did well. I ask her to stand still while I almost sat on the ground to get these shots.🤣 I love taking nature shots with subjects in it and it is a good opportunity to practice since we are all covered with pine trees up there.
Then I also took this kind of shots with the trees and background of houses from far away. The temperature was still cold at around eight in the morning.
They also have this swing attached to the tall pine tree. One can go all the way if they are brave enough to swing it from the top. It is tough to swing too because it is a challenge to sit properly because the swing is using a wood or a branch of tree so it is not comfortable.
Just me with more mountains in the background.
Then one part of the mountain also has this area where there are huge boulders of rocks. It is also a good spot for photos while the sun and the clouds are out.
