#466 - Reaching the top of a mountain.
Happy Saturday evening once again my dear beautiful Hiveans. My weekend is just starting tonight while some of us had already began since yesterday which was Friday. I just ended my five day workweek just less than an hour ago and luckily it was silent for the whole day and ni major things that happened. Has anyone saw the tv series from Amazon Prime which is titled Terminal List with actor Chris Pratt? Rotten tomato rated it below my expectation but the series is actually intense in my opinion. I think I will be watching Reacher the series later on or probably anything new in Netflix.
Now for our photos for today, I will share once again some shots taken when we went to a mountain just outside the Metropolitan. The jeepney ride going there is less than an hour an early time of four in the morning. We arrived at the registration center at around five and also that is when they assigned a guide for us three with my wife and her friend who wanted to climb too. The hike and trek was tiring and we got to this mountain around nine or ten already in the morning while the sun is also lit with only a few clouds to give shade. This mountain is still the Mount Lagio that I posted before. The peak of the mountain has these sharp stone that extra careful when stepping or moving is needed to avoid getting punctured or involved in any incidents with these sharp stones.
That's the three of us posting and also resting at the same time. Our guide was also the photographer in most of the shots. Good thing he knows what he was doing with cameras.
That's me on top of the mountain where my sandals are stepping on sharp stones. I can feel the sharp stones are almost about to puncture my cheap sandals but luckily it was able to stand, I wonder if I am a bit heavier then it would be another story.
Just me again on another angle where there is this opening from the rocks. I was raising my hands too😄.
Then another shots of us three once again with our guide as the photographer. The temperature at this time is already hot too and we need to hurry so we can go back to the registration center after midday.
See the sky is so blue and the temperature is also hot at this time already. That's why we have some bottles of water with us to cool down and hydrate.
And here's me again in these next two shots. My knees are killing me already because I have issues with heights too just like other people but I just had to brave it not to show my fear.
Follow me on my nature travels.
Shot taken in Rizal, Philippines.
