#550 - Rice terraces shots for today.
A blessed Happy New Year dear Hiveans. We are off to a other year and hopefully everything will go according to our plans so to everyone have a wonderful new year ahead and may you and your family have all the best.😊
For our daily photos, we got here shots in Batad and this first one shows a beautiful landscape where the houses of the locals rest in the middle of the rice fields which they cultivate as a source of their food for generations.
A zoomed view of the viewing areas where the locals have installed roof to be used as a viewing and resting area for tourists who will climb and see the beautiful rice terraces and its surrounding areas.
A zoomed out view of the amphitheater. The overall of the rice terraces and all of the houses of the residents here in this frame. Just standing and taking photos from this part of the trail is thirst quenching plus you got to breath the fresh air.
Walkways on the banks of the rice fields which is already in concrete. The locals put it there for us tourists not to have a difficult time especially during wet season when the soil become muddy and slippery. Prior to pandemic they also use the area for trail running competition if not mistaken.
