This young man is chasing after his girl who is also riding a rented bicycle. They are free to roam around along the riverbanks for only 50 pesos per hour or $1. You get to ride old Japanese bikes that were imported.

Here is the the girl being chased by the man above, she is already a few meters away from her man. They seem to enjoy riding a bike not together but playing cat and mouse chase.
