Look at this picture for a couple of seconds.
-See the contrasting colors?
-Did you notice the white dotes on the petals?
-What about the purple stems on the purple flowers?
-The light reflecting off of one single petal?
-The ruffled edges on the purple flowers?
Now look at the picture again noticing each of those things...
This exercise helped and I know that it will help you too. By noticing the beauty within a small area of space and finding the details and comparing them to the obvious helps one appreciate what they are looking at; even if it very simple...it isn't!
How incredible!
Keep this concept in mind as you go about you day. Find the beauty within an object and its details.
