My friends and I have been working on a property that is 13 acres with three tiny houses on it. The plan is to clear the land build a barn and board other peoples horses for monthly revenue. As well as a place for horse lessons.The purchase price of land was $78,000 which was a steal considering the price was because the previous owner had let the yard get overgrown. My friends plan to increase their market value significantly which will give them many options down the road.
